Dear Godās beloved Praying Priests, shalom!Ā
š āHe said to them, āWhen you pray, say: Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come.ā ā (Luk 11:2)
š āLord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!ā (Psa 8:9)
š āIt is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High.ā (Psa 92:1)
š āAnd he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.āĀ (Isa 9:6)
The second key of prayers that Yeshua teaches the disciples is Worship ā Hallowed be your name.
After finding our true identity in Messiah as the precious sons and daughters of God, we respond to Him with the revelation of Godās Name.Ā As we pray for our Indigenous Ministry Partners (IMPs) in Israel and Central Asia this week,Ā let us declare Godās Name by emphasising names of God that are particular to their situations and needs.Ā
Adonai RohiĀ : The Lord is my shepherd.Ā
Adonai ShammahĀ : The Lord is with us.Ā
Adonai Shalom:Ā The Lord is my peace.Ā
Adonai Tsidkenu : The Lord is my righteousness.Ā
Adonai Nissi : The Lord is my banner.Ā
Adonai Rapha : The Lord is my healer.Ā
Adonai Jireh : The Lord is my provider.Ā
Adonai TzevaotĀ : The Lord is the Lord of all hosts.Ā
Adonai Elohei Yisrael:Ā The Lord is the Lord God of IsraelĀ
