šŸž Manna for Meditation 59

šŸ’žDear Godā€™s beloved Praying Priests, shalom!

šŸ’Ž"And there came a voice from the heavens: 'You are My Son, whom I love; with You I am well pleased!'ā€ (Mak 1:11, TLV)

When Yeshua was coming up out of the Jordan River after His immersion, He saw heaven being torn open and the Holy Spirit descending on Him like a dove. A voice came from heaven speaking three aspects of the Father's blessing to Yeshua.

Mark 1:11 says, "You are My Son, whom I love; with You I am well pleased!"

  • " You are My Son" -- acceptance from God to His Son.

  • " Whom I love" -- affection of God to His son.

  • " With You I am well pleased." -- affirmation of God to His Son.

Everyone needs acceptance, affection and affirmation deep down in heart. Throughout the Bible, the Heavenly Father tells us how He accepts us, loves us and affirms us. Even the enemy whispers in your ears, nothing can change the fact that God loves us.

šŸ’Ž" ā€˜From afar Adonai appeared to me.ā€™ ā€˜Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.' ā€ (Jer 31:2, TLV)

šŸ’Ž "Listen to Me, house of Jacob, all the remnant of the house of Israel, borne by Me from birth, carried from the womb. Even to your old age I will be the same, until you are gray I will carry you. I have done it; I will bear you; I will carry you; I will deliver you.ā€ (Isa 46:3-4, TLV)

šŸ’Ž"For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall again into fear; rather, you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, ā€˜Abba! Father!ā€™ The Ruach (Spirit) Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God." (Rom 8:15-16, TLV)

Let us meditate on the love of Father and ask the Lord to open and heal our ā€œlove receptorsā€ for receiving the outpouring of His love this week. May the Lord grant wisdom and revelation to those who are parents among us, so you will express the three aspects of blessing -- acceptance, affection and affirmation to your children practically.
